This looks great - I want to note that after some back and forth with @JacquesVergine we had decided to decouple the drug and disease list release pipelines from the KG one after all (they are now published in HF by the normal drug / disease list release process), because we wanted the KG one to be a bit more deliberate due to its size.
You are coupling the scores here to the KG - maybe a separate pipeline could be sensible, but in any case...

A pipeline is just a grouping of things. So IMO we don't need 4 pipelines for 4 single nodes, just bundle them all in a pipeline and if you want to run just one node, run that node |
