Prepares for Docusaurus v4, where we'll disable the siteConfig.markdown.mdx1Compat flags by default.
The mdx1Compat flags can still be turned on individually, but we want to nudge users to use native MDX syntax instead of running additional pre-processors to invent our own proprietary syntax. Those preprocessors also have a performance cost, and we want sites to be fast by default.
