Code Review
This pull request removes configuration related to IDX/Firebase Studio. The main changes include the deletion of the .idx/dev.nix configuration file and the removal of the 'Open in Firebase Studio' badge from the README.md file. These changes are made in light of the sunsetting of Firebase Studio.

Removes the IDX/Nix config file now that Firebase Studio is being sunset. The content in the site will be updated in #13201.
