- Add test-storybook and test-storybook:ci scripts
- Add @storybook/test-runner and axe-playwright
- Add .storybook/test-runner.ts for a11y checks (with a11y.disable opt-out)
- Add GitHub Actions workflow to run UI tests on push (Playwright image)
