This promotion expired a few months ago. Removed in getsentry here: getsentry/getsentry#19245, removed the feature flag here: getsentry/sentry-options-automator#6316. Last step will be to remove the registration from getsentry. This also removes some of the generalized code for handling promotions, but this was the only promotion still using it (we removed the other one in #101132).
