Is this script working?
It would really be great if the version was derived from git tags at build time without using scripts. Or not? Is it good practice?
(I suppose that this script patches all the versions throughout the codebase)

If I get it right, this "4.2.0-SNAPSHOT" is derived from parent POM if not specified at all.
