Workaround for DTS-HD MA HDMI Audio Passthrough when using ALSA audio in Kodi.

A bunch of Kodi ALSA Passthrough supporting patches are needed:

And further v3.14 Linux Kernel reverts are needed for HD Audio passthrough (True HD + DTS-MA) to work when using Kodi ALSA Audio on the C2:
