Adds more instructions based on an attempt recompiling the game Ninja Gaiden 2. Includes changes made in #1. Since recompilation of the game has not been successful yet, the correctness of the implementations remains unvalidated, and the completeness of missing instructions for Ninja Gaiden 2 remains unknown.
