Description
This PR adds an initial example app to test the Camera Plugin in this repo.
The app was created with
ionic start, with React, and its current structure is similar to that of https://github.com/ionic-team/capacitor-testapp.Future PRs will improve the actual app to separate functionality in different screens, as well as testing the soon-to-be-added methods of the new Camera API. I decided to not do any of that in this PR because this one's large enough as it is in terms of files.

You may test the app in the PR branch, everything should work the same as in capacitor test app
