i was looking into issue #93 and found that the nested headings don't occur for all browsers. It happens in Chrome for me and I thought, "why would I need a list item to be a heading anyways?"
So here's a work around I tried that disables the features that cause that issue.
When ever a user is editing a list they cannot make it a header or a quote.
