The backend processes the provided Excel sheet and extracts:

Summary text is generated using OpenAI GPT-5.1-mini, producing:

• Human-like natural summaries

• Year-wise demand indicators
• Multi-locality line chart comparison

🚀 Running Locally

1️⃣ Backend (Django)
