Website build update

Update bower reference to use angular material 1.0, re-worked the website build so that bower dependencies and our are automatically added to the html files using wiredep and gulp-inject

oops, just set up a new machine and totally forgot about the protractor tests. Off to install java....

@gavinbarron Had forgotten about this, and just re-ran the CI tests manually. Everything's green this time, looks like it might have been an network issue. Should this still be merged?

Oh cool! I've had no joy getting the Protractor tests to run on my windows
box.

Let me update this branch based on the changes that we've had on master
since this branch was created and then let's see if we get green.

Finally got off my butt and moved the latest code into this branch.
@bradberger I'l love for you to pull this and take it for a spin as it automates the website build and makes it super easy to test the calendar as a user
