Description

Refresh the bundled Kompass surface so the runtime definitions, generated OpenCode output, and public docs all describe the same command, agent, tool, and component story. Reframe the site showcase to present those workflows more clearly for reviewers and new users.

• Align bundled command, agent, tool, and component definitions across core and generated OpenCode output
• Update config and PR sync coverage so the expanded bundled surface stays represented in runtime behavior

Docs and references

• Refresh README and OpenCode adapter docs to describe the current bundled surface consistently
• Add component reference coverage and update command, agent, and tool reference pages to match the current workflow set

Site presentation

• Rework the landing page command showcase and supporting marketing copy to better explain the workflow model
• Refresh site styling to support the updated showcase and messaging

Validation

• Verify that the generated OpenCode output stays in sync with the core command and agent definitions
• Confirm that the docs site presents the updated reference and landing page content correctly
• Check that config and adapter tests still cover the bundled surface changes
