Updates documentation across the repo to reflect current packaging and naming.
Adds the
launchdarkly-server-sdk-ai-optimizationpackage to the root README, refreshes provider READMEs with CI/PyPI/python-version badges, and corrects the OpenAI install example to uselaunchdarkly-server-sdk-ai-openai(not-dev). The core SDK README also updates the conversational example section fromChattoManagedModeland the correspondingcreate_modelusage.Written by Cursor Bugbot for commit 34804d5.
