PR #122 Review — docs: add website link and badges to README
CI: 10/10 green across all platforms.
Small, clean change — adds shields.io badges (Website, Download, License) and a website link to the README. Download link now points to clawpal.xyz with GitHub Releases as fallback. No code changes.
