First steps already has an entry for system settings. This just seems redundant.

@JosephMcc Would it be better to integrate a widget to the window instead of a redirect to the system settings

Why not add it to the First Steps section instead of creating a whole new section only for that? Considering the first steps have other modules that are also in the system settings, it wouldn't necessarily be an issue having it there.

I remember seeing accessibility being mentioned both in Windows and Mac after installs, so it could be a good approach to have it there for new users.

How about it is put inside the help sidebar

Help is more for help forums it seems. First steps would be good enough imo.
