This PR adds new commands to allow users to manually control the LiquidJava extension.

New Commands

  • Start - starts the language server and client
  • Stop - stops the language server and client
  • Restart - stops and starts the extension
  • Verify - manually triggers the verification with the liquidjava/verify notification
