Looks like CircleCI still failing. I guess we need to update the project from CircleCI side or any GH project settings? |

I just deleted the CircleCI stuff, we have tests and lint running in a gh action so I think it's not needed. |

This PR updates the dependencies, removes the dependencies of dependencies from Pipfile, updates the build script and the release workflow.
