Set the LilyGO T-Beam Supreme SH1106 display address to 0x3D so the companion firmware renders correctly on tested hardware. Also ignore all local .platformio* directories to keep generated PlatformIO caches and packages out of git status.

Set the LilyGO T-Beam Supreme SH1106 display address to 0x3D so the companion firmware renders correctly on tested hardware.
On tested hardware, the display stayed blank with the previous default address of 0x3C, while PMU, GPS, BME280, and radio were all working normally. After setting DISPLAY_ADDRESS=0x3D, the display rendered correctly.
This also broadens .gitignore to ignore local .platformio* directories so generated PlatformIO caches do not flood git status.
