Again, sorry for the long delay.
What is the reason to have separate versions of the Overdrive firmware? Is it not possible to add this functionality to the existing firmware versions in a non-destructive way? If so, it would be good to explain this in the OverDrive README.

This PR add the V4 and V4B overdrive firmware and updates the readme accordingly. It is based on #11 and should be merged after it.
