@marcpems Thank you for the PR. I don't think we support windows arm64 in Playwright. I am pretty sure we don't have all the browsers working there, and we have no testing coverage whatsoever. I'd recommend to first file an issue at https://github.com/microsoft/playwright/issues and ask for win arm64 support. I'll close this PR, since adding support to playwright-dotnet is somewhat premature - we can reopen once the strategy for win arm64 becomes clear. |

Update the build to package the playwright arm64 bits for Windows, and add Arm64 nuget publication.
