Translates changes from #5213 (document .mintlify/skills/ for multiple custom skills) into Spanish, French, and Chinese.

Changes

• Updated es/ai/skillmd.mdx, fr/ai/skillmd.mdx, zh/ai/skillmd.mdx to mirror the restructured "Custom skill files" section with single/multiple skill file subsections
• Applied formatting changes (inline Note, expanded PreviewButton, table alignment) to match the English source
• Added translated content for the new .mintlify/skills/ directory documentation

Updates the Spanish, French, and Chinese skill.md docs to reflect the reworked custom skill files guidance, including separate sections for a single root skill.md vs multiple skills under .mintlify/skills/ and how /skill.md redirects to discovery endpoints.

Also applies small formatting/consistency edits (inline Note, expanded PreviewButton, list/table formatting) and clarifies the agent-skills discovery manifest field descriptions (e.g., description truncation to 1024 chars).
