Document directory listings for group root pages

Summary

Documents the new directory property for navigation nodes, shipped in mintlify/mint#6932. Groups with a root page can now render an automatic directory of their child pages in either an accordion or card layout. The value inherits recursively through the navigation tree.

• organize/navigation.mdx: Added "Directory listings" subsection under Groups with usage examples, value table, inheritance explanation, and a note about the root page requirement.
• organize/settings-reference.mdx: Added navigation.directory property and expanded navigation.groups to list all supported fields including directory.
• organize/settings-structure.mdx: Added navigation.directory ResponseField and expanded navigation.groups with full field definitions.
• changelog.mdx: Added April 9, 2026 entry for directory listings feature.
