Document directory listings for navigation groups

Summary

Adds documentation for the new directory property on navigation groups, which automatically renders a listing of child pages on a group's root page.

• Adds a "Directory listings" section to the navigation docs explaining the feature, its three values (none, accordion, card), inheritance behavior, and includes a configuration example
• Adds the directory field to the groups reference in the settings-structure page with full field definitions
• Adds the directory field to the settings-reference page

Shipped feature

Navigation groups now support a directory field that renders an automatic directory listing (accordion or card layout) of child pages on the group's root page. The value inherits through the navigation tree and can be overridden per group.
