New vocabulary entries break alphabetical sort order

Low Severity

Four newly added terms are inserted out of the file's case-insensitive alphabetical order: backlinks? is placed before backend, Devin before desc (belongs between Dev and DevTools), RTL before RSS, and UTF before useChat (belongs after UTC). Misordering makes it harder to locate entries and increases the risk of future duplicates.
