Tests for the operators listed in the docs as of this commit refs #22
Generalize a few string methods, add extra methods for Twine API to String, add EmptyTwine.
Of all of the backlogged commits, this one seemed the most fitting
with which
to commence.

Not especially great writing, but it can be improved.
Still sucks.
This turns our Travis into an advisor, basically; tests can now fail across the board. I don't care.

The unittest module seems to be somewhat disabled, so I'm not able to run the tests.
Also, I'm not sure what the norms are for guards. I currently don't use any.
But it seems to work.
