Provides Claude Code with repo-specific context: setup commands, linting/testing workflows, the Roles & Profiles architecture, Hiera data hierarchy, and CI workflow descriptions.
Split Hiera hierarchy docs into Linux/macOS vs Windows sections to reflect the different lookup order and fact names. Add notes on pre-commit hooks, bin/kitchen_docker internals, and CI behavior.
