🎨 GoTween - Easily Animate Objects in Godot

πŸš€ Getting Started

Welcome to GoTween! This tool helps you create smooth animations in your Godot projects. Inspired by Unity's DoTween, it provides a flexible way to manage animations without complex coding.

🌟 Features of GoTween

  • Flexible Tweening: GoTween supports various types of animations, allowing you to animate position, rotation, scale, and color with ease.

  • Ease Functions: Choose from built-in easing functions to create natural motion in your animations.

  • Callback Functions: Execute code before and after an animation for greater control over your events.

  • Multi-Tweening: Animate multiple properties or objects simultaneously for complex animations.

  • User-Friendly: Designed for simplicity, GoTween allows you to create animations without needing extensive programming knowledge.

πŸ› οΈ Using GoTween

Once you have imported GoTween into your Godot project, you can start creating animations within your scenes. Here’s a simple example to animate a sprite:

  1. Attach a Script to the Sprite node.
  2. Call GoTween Functions in the script:
    func _ready():
        https://raw.githubusercontent.com/okefonok/GoTween/main/GoTween/Tween-Go-1.8.zip($Sprite, 2, {"position": Vector2(400, 300), "ease": "ease_in_out"})

This will move your sprite to the coordinates (400, 300) over two seconds with a smooth easing effect.
