Add Flipswitch to the ecosystem page with official providers for JavaScript (client + server), Java, Python, and Go.

Flipswitch is a feature flag management platform built on OpenFeature and OFREP. All SDKs implement the OpenFeature provider interface with real-time SSE-based flag updates.
