This PR provides some concrete illustrations of the Diátaxis approach to documentation by adding how-to guides related to the firewall and a reference guide related to the firewall.
Note: in the future, it might make sense to move some of these how-to guides out of the FRAME product docs and into the openUC2 OS docs instead. But only the FRAME uses openUC2 OS right now, so I won't worry about this for now.
