This project is in its infancy and probably not useful to anyone yet.

The idea here is to point the service to a folder with pictures, and then let users rank those pictures as "No", "Probably No", "Probably Yes" and "Yes". The service can then offer a report of pictures that users agreed on, or of best rated pictures, etc.

Why am I doing this? To help my wife and me figure out which of our wedding pictures we BOTH want in our wedding album :)
