The package.json mentions the ISC license. So lets add this so its easier found here. The original site and a lot of the current content and site were created by James Booth and Matthew Balaam. Fixes #76
We will from now on only ship tar.xz and .zip tarballs. tar.xz should be supported by all modern systems. Even Windows 11 seems to support it. So let's use this mainly and still ship zip for older Windows. This commit greatly reduced the work needed when a new release is to be done.
I couldn't find them being used anywhere.
And build the css from scss in the gh action.
