💡 What: Added a "Close" tooltip to the icon-only close button in the User Profile sliding pane.
🎯 Why: To improve accessibility and provide clarity on the button's function, especially since it is icon-only.
📸 Before/After: The close button now shows a tooltip "Close" when hovered.
♿ Accessibility: Adds a textual description for an icon-only button, aiding users who rely on tooltips or screen readers (if mapped).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16618180594955134974 started by @kevinaboos

Added a "Close" tooltip to the icon-only close button in the User Profile sliding pane.
This improves accessibility and UX by clarifying the button's action.

- Modified `src/profile/user_profile.rs` to detect hover events on `close_button` and dispatch `TooltipAction`.
- Imported necessary tooltip types from `shared::callout_tooltip`.

Stop suggesting this, it's obvious what that button does.

Understood. I will stop suggesting this and revert the changes as it's clear what the button does.
