Added a "Close" tooltip to the icon-only close button in the User Profile sliding pane. This improves accessibility and UX by clarifying the button's action. - Modified `src/profile/user_profile.rs` to detect hover events on `close_button` and dispatch `TooltipAction`. - Imported necessary tooltip types from `shared::callout_tooltip`.
