A bunch of new parameters have been intruduced in mod_md. Sync the module with the latest documentation from Apache to allow to configure them.

Rebased on top of the main branch. Happy to see that the CI infrastructure has been improved (got a transient failure, but could re-run the failed test). I hove this will help to move on with those PR that are stall. Tank you! |
