… or off. And added unit tests. The siemens TC35i needs a different CNMI command and doesn't understand the WIND command. And it will return a 500 error on a timed out sms message in stead of something more usefull.

Added a check for a model at boot time. If that is TC35i it changes the +CNMI command and skips the +WIND command.
Also made a change in the pdusmshandler This now resends the sms when a CMS 500 error is received. This is because the TC35i sends a 500 error on a timeout. It uses the same concept as the 515 error solution.
