Overview
Updates Redis Cloud database creation docs to reflect current Flex vs RAM options and plan selection flows.
The Essentials create guide now explicitly calls out choosing RAM vs Flex, and reorders/clarifies version/type/memory limit steps and related plan links.
The Flex guide is rewritten to use consistent "Flex" naming, adds updated positioning and non-durability guidance, refreshes Essentials and Pro creation steps (including RAM percentage details for Pro), and updates related screenshots/alt text.
