Rightsstatements have just been mentioned at KIM Workshop and it was said that development has stalled and there'd be no reaction to issues and PRs. I was surprised to find out, I have merge rights for this repo. (I probably received them when I was a sub-contractor for developing the original rightsstatement app.) The suggested changes are unproblematic, thus, merging. |

This PR updates the link to the transifex project and removes the one to the transifex maintainers (not possible to see them).
All links are using secure protocols now.
