Upgrade example to 0.82

One issue is that RN 0.82 doesn't have old arch so we can't test old arch with it. Either we create another app just for old arch, or since we've deprecated it we'll not test it.

@knofte so the issue is that it would be great to have CI running on old-arch as well. 0.82 doesn't have old-arch, so I'm a bit unsure if we want to upgrade.
