What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?
Align the Story Share Portal UI with the provided design specifications to improve visual consistency and user experience. The previous layout had misaligned navigation, incorrect overlays, and suboptimal content arrangement.

Icon buttons are non-functional placeholders. The hardcoded sector fallback in hero section (
