CSEM Clinical Flow — A digital clinic management system for the Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine, University of Colombo. Multi-role workflow (Secretary → Doctor → Physiotherapist), 5-tier patient packages, appointment calendar, revenue analytics, and a Supabase Pro backend with full RLS.

Multimodal Pneumonia Diagnosis (MSc Thesis) — Late fusion deep learning architecture combining chest X-rays (ResNet-18) with structured EMR data for pneumonia classification. Includes Grad-CAM and SHAP explainability, weighted BCE loss for clinical class imbalance handling.

Photokana — A self-service Korean-style photo booth system (인생네컷) built for deployment in Sri Lanka, priced in LKR. Runs on a Raspberry Pi 5 with a Logitech C920 webcam and DNP RX1HS dye-sub printer. The frontend is a vanilla JS PWA installable on iPad, served directly by Express. Includes a separate admin dashboard at /admin for booth management. (Node.js, Express, SQLite, Sharp)
