Thanks, @melissalinkert! I investigated the CI failure, and it is unrelated to the version updates in this PR. I pushed a tentative fix to the mainline branch, and if the CI passes, I will rebase this branch accordingly and then hopefully everything here will pass also. |
Includes updates to other OME dependencies as indicated in https://www.openmicroscopy.org/2025/08/05/bio-formats-8-3-0.html
This matches the version used in Bio-Formats 8.3.0, see https://www.openmicroscopy.org/2025/08/05/bio-formats-8-3-0.html

8.3.0 includes several dependency updates; 25a3771 includes all OME dependencies and a6af518 includes commons-lang3. If it would be better to revert a6af518 here (or split into a separate pull request), happy to do so.
