CartesianClosedgot deprecated, and we are supposed to useMonoidalClosednow. I made changes to adapt to this, but only at the make-things-typecheck level rather than at API design level. This means we still haveLocallyCartesianClosed. Maybe it should beLocallyMonoidalClosednow?
