Description

Literally just removes the Minecraft Store button

Changes

Changes MainMenu(1080p,720p,480p,Vita).swf to remove the button
Removed the "Minecraft Store" string from the languages.loc file

Previous Behavior

Minecraft Store button on the main menu did nothing and took up space so I removed it

Fix Implementation

Used JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler to decompile and change the swf files and removes the button

Minecraft Client_Kv0EfaHmR9

Forgot to add: the amount of changes is from the strings.h file being recreated using codeHuskys tool

I think we should keep this button for like custom skins, mods, etc.
Create like a "Marketplace" but with free fan creations would be sick as hell

That would be cool but would require a server

I'm unsure if this is needed as that menu could be useful for, example, turning DLCs off/on or managing "Mod" DLCs in the future. This is probably a good change to remove a broken menu in general, but unsure.

Thanks, very useful since it's useless in the legacy version for now

I wouldn't like this for reasons of accuracy. Just make it a stub that does nothing if you really care that much

I like this idea but I would also like to see the minigames mode either in place of the store button or maybe as another option in the Play Game menu

We shouldn't be making changes to the point where it strays away from it being what makes Console Edition special, we aren't trying to make something different, we aren't trying to be Bedrock and we aren't trying to be Java. We are trying to preserve the legacy of Console Edition so people can experience it as close to how we experienced it years ago along with us re-experiencing it when we want.

I also feel like this should be a wider discussion on separating wildly different changes, that add new content (mods and porting content not in Console Edition), in a separate fork while having the main repo focus on being as close to restoring vanilla Console Edition as possible.

Removing a button that doesn't do anything doesn't remove what made LCE special. Regardless, there are less destructive ways to disable this button outside of using SWF edits. We're not merging this rn.
