[draft] [feat] add docs+ci for compiling on linux / delete leftovers

• Add building on linux via msvc-wine
• Delete leftover files

Please look into mingw compatibility (add it to the current goals if possible)

Also please squash this like so;

consider making this run on the base ubuntu image, pulling in an arch image adds unnecessary ci time for packages that seemingly already exist in the ubuntu repos
