Updated swagger errors:
Remove next error codes for APIs:
GET /options: OA0060, OA0003
GET /options/{option_name}: OA0029, OA003
DELETE /options/{option_name}: OA0029, OA003
PATCH/options/{option_name}: OA0029, OA003, OA0065
Added OA0046 (invalid json error) to PATCH
Added json validation for user option value.
