Actually it would be preferable to merge PR #41 which contains this and other important changes needed for downstream packaging. But yes, it would be really helpful to get a new release out asap to consolidate local forks. |
Some systems like vs2008 don't have this file. It was conditionally included in lz4.c but not in this file.

This required some re-working of setup.py logic for compiling against system lz4 libs.
