feat: add signup_intent=developer to links to the dashboard#484

User's that signup with `signup_intent=developer` start their journey with a sandbox account which seems appropriate for signups coming from the developer portal. Update all links to `https://me.sumup.com` (SumUp Dashboard) to include `signup_intent=developer` such that if the user doesn't have an account yet and they signup, they start with a sandbox account.
