Added Box along with basic features. Box currently does nothing, except looking absolutely beautiful.
Added Box Mode functions and CenterBox button
Image was attaching to the bottom left of viewport. Fixed it to attach to the box

This PR adds "Box Mode", which is a lat-lon bounding box. If active, only the region inside the box shall be rendered. The box also supports rotation, to precisely capture any geographical area.
Tested already for Render Level 2 and 5, working as intended.
