Aggiunta la costante ER00 da restituire quando non si vuole convalidare la ricezione a SDI
Controlla che il file non abbia estensione p7m. In quel caso removeBOM() non fa nulla. removeBOM() ora rimuove TUTTI i caratteri UTF BOM e non solamente il BOM UTF-8

Modificato removeBOM(), ora non viene fatta alcuna rimozione (issue #4 ).
Aggiunta la costante ER00 a RispostaRiceviFatture: in questo modo è possibile restituire ad SDI una risposta non valida così da ottenere un nuovo tentativo di trasmissione.
