This seems unnecessary, >=92 allows 93, and the lock file already has 95.1.1. Please clarify why you (think you) need this.

I think it just a clarity issue. I think if this one version doesn't support Python 3.9 while taskgraph still does I think it would make more sense just to set the initial bound as v93. I think this is more for our downstream users of taskgraph. I ran into this error when trying to import the latest version of taskgraph to gecko |

Version solvers are smart enough to see that 92.0.0 doesn't support Python 3.9, so even if you're on 3.9 and you use e.g It doesn't make a big difference in this case, but as a general rule of thumb you want to keep the version constraints as wide as possible. This helps maximize the chance of your users being able to resolve their dependencies. So I concur we shouldn't take this |
